We are delighted to host you at Panorama Edge House. Everything you need for a relaxed stay is in this guide — and we are only a message away.

Check-in from 16:00 · Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out may be possible on request. Keys are in the lockbox by the front door (code sent before arrival).

No smoking indoors · No parties or events · Quiet hours 23:00–08:00 · Please remove shoes on the upper floor · Pets by prior arrangement only.

Each room has an individual unit. Please close windows and doors while running, and switch units off when leaving the house.

Solar hot water is plentiful in summer; the immersion booster switch is in the utility cupboard. Washing machine, dishwasher and oven manuals are in the kitchen drawer.

The pool is open 08:00–21:00 and cleaned twice weekly. No glassware poolside and children must be supervised at all times. Sun loungers and towels are in the terrace chest.

General waste in the green bin by the gate (collected Tuesday and Friday). Paper, plastic and glass go in the blue recycling bags.
